The user hereby consents, expresses, and agrees that they have read and fully understood the terms and conditions of Kolhapuri Chappal regarding the use of this website.

Payments

• All payments must be completed before we can ship the products.
• Refunds for returned or canceled orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price. You benefit from reduced shipping rates on additional items purchased.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, weights are rounded up to the nearest 500 grams.
• Kolhapuri Chappal provides free delivery across India.
• International shipping rates vary based on your order size and location and will be updated by our courier partners.

Returns Policy

• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you can return it within 2 days of receipt. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and invoices intact.
• Opened products that are damaged due to user handling cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• If we are unable to arrange reverse shipment due to logistics issues, you may be required to send the product back through any available courier service. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds, minus shipping charges, will be credited to your account or provided as a gift voucher for future purchases. Gift vouchers will be issued within 5-6 days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process. Authorization via email is required before returning any product.
• Kolhapuri Chappal reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request.

Placing Orders

• After you place an order, we will confirm your chappal size via email or phone.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Made to Order (MTO) Kolhapuri chappals.
• Order fulfillment is subject to product availability and order acceptance. Availability of products is subject to change without notice.
• For bulk or commercial orders, please contact us via email or phone before placing the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order unless the product has already been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

• Before placing an order, please confirm your correct foot length using our “Find Your Chappal Size” guide.
• Shipping across India is free, with no hidden costs or additional charges. However, COD orders incur an extra fee of ₹100 per order.
• We aim to ship each item within 7 working days from the order date. In case of stock issues, it may take an additional 5-7 days to dispatch your order.
• MTO (Made to Order) Kolhapuri chappals may require up to 7 extra days if not readily available in stock.
• Each order is shipped to a single address specified during payment. For multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.
• Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

• By Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. If your order is canceled, we will inform you, and any amount paid will be refunded.
• By the User: You can cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, usable for your next purchase. The voucher will be issued within 5-6 days. We reserve the right to accept or reject your cancellation request.

Product Appearance, Pricing & Warranty

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, typographical errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, and appearance may occur.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• While our products are durable and sturdy, we do not offer any additional warranties.

Liability Clause

We, as a merchant, are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the limit agreed with our acquiring bank.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra.
